TAIPEI (Taiwan News) – Nantou-based Swancor Holding announced Thursday that its subsidiaries Swancor Regener and Aeraxa will exhibit renewable drone manufacturing technology in Taichung, according to a press release.
The 2026 Taichung AI & Smart Manufacturing Show is a four-day event running from Thursday to Sunday. Swancor is exhibiting how composite materials can be used to make drone parts and key components.
Swancor said Aeraxa uses 3D printing to produce structural parts from reclaimed carbon fiber. The parts are assembled with AI computing chips, cameras, and satellite communication modules into a lightweight vehicle.
Swancor said its modular design can flexibly install radar cameras for surveying, patrols, and logistics. It added that the all-in-one solution simplifies development and integration, enabling mass production.
Swancor said it also has other renewable materials such as recycled carbon fiber, fiberglass, and epoxies. It added that the composites are readily degradable and have a recovery rate of more than 95%.
Swancor said it also developed robotic arms using these materials for cost-effective manufacturing. It is also showing key components such as propellers made from reclaimed composites.
