Nvidia to hold GTC conference in Taipei in June
輝達(NVIDIA)將於6月在台北舉行GTC年度技術大會
TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Nvidia will hold its GPU Technology Conference in Taipei from June 1 to 4, timed to coincide with the annual COMPUTEX Taipei exhibition, CNA reported Thursday.
The conference will take place at multiple venues across Taipei, including the Taipei International Convention Center, Economic Daily News reported. It marks the second consecutive year Nvidia has brought its flagship AI conference to Taiwan.
Nvidia CEO Jensen Huang (黃仁勳) is scheduled to deliver a keynote address at 11 a.m. on June 1 at the Taipei Music Center. The keynote is expected to outline the company’s latest developments in artificial intelligence and its outlook for the industry.
Other company executives, including Vice Presidents Justin Boitano and Deepu Talla, will also speak at the event. They are expected to present on enterprise computing, robotics, and edge AI technologies.
The conference will explore a wide range of AI topics, including infrastructure, agent-based systems, scientific applications, and robotics, CTS News reported. Nvidia said the event will bring together developers, researchers, and industry leaders to discuss breakthroughs shaping the future of AI.
GTC will be held alongside COMPUTEX Taipei, which runs from June 2 to 5 this year. COMPUTEX is one of the world’s largest technology exhibitions, with this year’s theme set as “AI Together,” per CTEE.
Nvidia launched GTC in San Jose, California, in 2009, where it is typically held. Its continued presence in Taiwan highlights the country’s central role in the global semiconductor and technology supply chain.
