高雄9月將舉辦「奶茶節」,70個攤位

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — The Kaohsiung City Tourism Bureau announced that this year’s Kaohsiung Milk Tea Party will be held Sept. 20–21 outside MRT Yanchengpu Station Exit 1.

More than 70 stalls offering milk tea and gourmet food will take part, per Liberty Times. The city government is inviting visitors to explore Kaohsiung’s diverse range of milk teas.

Kaohsiung leads the nation with 3,040 beverage shops and annual sales of NT$8.47 billion (US$277 million). The city is also home to several well-known brands, including Macu Tea (麻古茶坊), Uno Cha (烏弄), Gong Cha (貢茶), and Wu Jia Tea (吳家紅茶冰). Yancheng’s “Milk Tea Street” is known for its cluster of long-established shops, making Kaohsiung a popular destination for milk tea enthusiasts.

Tourism officials said the two-day event will combine drinks, food, and shopping in Yancheng District, creating a “three-in-one” experience for visitors. Interactive parent-child games and stage performances are also planned.

Organizers launched an official 2025 Kaohsiung Milk Tea Party LINE account (@khmilktea). From Sunday, those who join the group can enter a draw for NT$100 shopping vouchers and collect points at Yancheng shops.
