Scoot Airlines to add Taipei–Tokyo flights in October

TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Scoot Airlines will increase flights between Taipei and Tokyo from 12 to 14 per week starting in October.
Flights from Taipei to Hokkaido will rise from four to seven per week in December, CNA reported.
The carrier will also boost Singapore–Taipei service from 23 to 25 flights per week in October, and from 25 to 28 per week in December.
In addition, Scoot will launch Singapore–Chiang Rai flights on Jan. 1, 2026, operating five times a week with Embraer E190-E2 aircraft. Singapore–Okinawa flights will begin on Dec. 15, running three times a week on Airbus A320 series aircraft.
Singapore–Tokyo (Haneda) service will start on March 1, 2026, with one daily Boeing 787 Dreamliner flight.
