Digital institute partners with Adata to integrate AI in Taiwan
數位學院與威剛科技(Adata)合作在台灣整合人工智慧(AI)
TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — The Institute for Information Industry (III) and Adata launched a long-term partnership Monday to accelerate AI integration across Taiwan’s industries.
III President Fan Chun-i (范俊逸) said the collaboration leverages Adata’s strengths in high-performance computing and system integration, per CNA. He noted the company’s leadership in memory module innovation and experience in industrial solutions, electric vehicles, and AI robotics.
Adata Chair Chen Li-bai (陳立白) emphasized the growing need for cross-sector cooperation as AI becomes increasingly complex. No single company can meet all demands, he said, and meaningful AI must be built through collaboration.
The partnership will focus initially on AI applications in healthcare and rehabilitation, with III developing AI modules and Adata providing hardware and integration support to help bring solutions to market.
Both sides also plan to advocate for AI policy development and expand joint R&D. By aligning with emerging regulatory frameworks, they aim to foster innovation while managing risk.
