Taiwan's Super 8 Studio unveils Enterprise AI Solution
台灣 SUPER 8 Studio 推出企業 AI 解決方案
TAIPEI (Taiwan News) — Taiwan-based AI startup Super 8 Studio on Wednesday launched Enterprise AI Solution, which supports virtual private cloud and on-premises deployment, giving businesses greater control over how and where their AI systems are hosted.
A virtual private cloud, or VPC, is a service provided by public cloud platforms that allows organizations to create private, secure computing environments within shared infrastructure. Industries with strict data security and privacy requirements, such as healthcare, finance, and government, often favor this model.
According to research firm Future Market Insights, the global VPC market is expected to grow from US$39 billion in 2022 to US$130 billion by 2032. Still, on-premises deployment remains popular among enterprises that prioritize full infrastructure control, regulatory compliance, and custom environments.
Co-developed with Phison Electronics, Super 8 Studio’s solution is designed to meet enterprise-grade standards for security and performance as businesses adopt the next generation of AI systems, known as agentic AI. Unlike traditional AI models that respond to single prompts, agentic AI systems can reason, plan, and complete multi-step tasks with minimal human input.
For instance, in a customer service context, an agentic AI system could check account balances, suggest payment methods, and finalize transactions once authorized. American technology research and consulting firm Gartner recently named agentic AI one of the top strategic technology trends this year.
Super 8 Studio, which provides agentic AI as a service, has already powered more than five billion conversational interactions. “Companies are moving past shallow AI adoption,” said CEO Chen Tzu-lung (陳子龍). “What they’re looking for now is deep, integrated, and scalable intelligence.”
The new platform enables organizations to move beyond standalone AI tools and integrate intelligent systems directly into core workflows. With support for VPC and on-premises deployment, the solution addresses critical enterprise needs such as data sovereignty, compliance, and system integration.
The platform also supports the development of vertical AI applications, which are tailored to the specific needs of industries such as law, finance, and medicine, fields where precision and domain-specific expertise are crucial.
The launch comes amid rapid growth in the large language model market, which is projected to expand from US$5.36 billion in 2023 to US$86.5 billion by 2032. Large language models, or LLMs, are trained on vast text datasets and are capable of understanding and generating human-like language at scale.
With nearly 90% of enterprises expected to adopt AI solutions by 2025, Super 8 Studio aims to position itself as a leader in enterprise AI infrastructure. Built on Amazon Web Services, its VPC-based deployment is now available through the AWS Marketplace.
The company has already seen adoption across sectors such as e-commerce, media, and high-tech manufacturing. Its co-creation model allows clients to collaborate closely on integrating AI into specific workflows, from customer support and marketing automation to business intelligence.
One such client is Taiwan-based live-streaming platform Luxcat Group, which uses Super 8’s Enterprise AI solution to power its customer relationship management system. Deployed via VPC for full data compliance, the system automated customer interactions, optimized messaging, and boosted community engagement.
“Luxcat has over 1,000 micro-influencers, each managing one or more social media communities,” said CEO Peng Shih-hsun (彭士勲). “With tailored messaging, we accelerated customer return rates and improved operational efficiency by 200%. We’re now able to precisely target product information and track usage and repurchase behavior.”
The era of reactive AI tools is giving way to proactive, reasoning systems that drive real operational value. “Those who embrace co-creation and governance early will lead the next wave of transformation,” Chen said.
